Responsibilities
- Conduct consumer and market research.
- Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market.
- Design a research-based brand strategy.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.
- Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas.
- Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Digital & Product teams to ensure brand consistency.
Candidate requirements
- University Degree with Marketing Background is an advantage.
- Deep understanding customer and shoppers.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Brand Building/Development and/or Community Building.
- Initiative, innovative, flexibility, passion to growth.
- Open-minded, creative, result-oriented, hard-working.
- Creative, problem-solving skill, influencing, Marketing skills, analytical power, business oriented.
- Project Management.
