Responsibilities

  • Conduct consumer and market research.
  • Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market.
  • Design a research-based brand strategy.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.
  • Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas.
  • Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with Digital & Product teams to ensure brand consistency.

Candidate requirements

  • University Degree with Marketing Background is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding customer and shoppers.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Brand Building/Development and/or Community Building.
  • Initiative, innovative, flexibility, passion to growth.
  • Open-minded, creative, result-oriented, hard-working.
  • Creative, problem-solving skill, influencing, Marketing skills, analytical power, business oriented.
  • Project Management.
