Position Overview

We are seeking an Equity Research Analyst to join our Research team. The role is responsible for conducting in-depth fundamental analysis of listed companies and industries, developing financial models, and providing investment recommendations to support investment decisions and portfolio strategies.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of capital markets, and the ability to transform complex financial and business information into clear, actionable investment insights. This role requires intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for identifying investment opportunities through rigorous research and data-driven analysis


Key Repossibilities

•  Conduct fundamental research and analysis on listed companies and assigned sectors to identify investment opportunities and potential risks.

• Build, maintain, and update financial models to forecast companies' financial performance. Perform company valuations using appropriate methodologies, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Price-to-Earnings (P/E), Price-to-Book (P/B), EV/EBITDA, and comparable company analysis.

• Develop investment theses and provide target prices and investment recommendations (Buy/Hold/Sell).

• Prepare equity research reports, industry updates, and present investment insights to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Monitor macroeconomic developments, industry trends, and company-specific events that may impact investment decisions.

• Monitor industry dynamics and competitive landscapes within assigned coverage sectors.

• Support investment-related projects and perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.



Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in  Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Audit, Financial Analysis, or related functions.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg/Refinitiv, and econometric/statistical tools (e.g., EViews, R, Python) is a plus.
