Middle Quality Control Engineer

Position Snapshot

• Location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Terms: Fulltime
• Report to: Middle QC Engineer
• Recruitment period: 31/01/2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements (BRD, SRS, User Stories) to define test scope.
• Create test plans and test strategies for project features.
• Design detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Setting up test environment, execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and sanity tests.

• Take ownership of the quality of assigned features or modules.
• Work closely with Developers, BAs, Product Owners, and PMs.

• Proactively raise questions and clarify unclear or incomplete requirements.
• Participate in the development of project documents such as user guides, video tutorials.

Candidate requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in software testing / quality control.
• Knowledge about IT systems, IT services, working well with databases, proficient in SQL.
• Knowledge the software development process (experience with Agile, Scrum).
• Strong experience in testing techniques, different types of testing.

• Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Trello, Jira, etc.

• Good understanding of API testing and basic database/SQL queries.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Careful, meticulous, responsible in work. Have good logical thinking, able to work independently and in a team.
